AUMA rose 4% from the previous quarter to £578.9bn. Aberdeen hailed continued strong growth in Interactive Investor, with Q3 net inflows up 32% year-on-year to £2.5bn, while year-to-date net inflows rose 58% to £9.3bn.
Total customers at ii were up 8% to 533,000 and SIPP customers rose 34% to 131,000. Customer engagement has also been strong, the company said, with trading activity well above last year's average, albeit lower than the elevated levels earlier this year.
In the adviser segment, net flows "remained challenging", Aberdeen said, with net outflows in Q3 unchanged relative to Q2 at £0.7bn and the return to net inflows taking longer than anticipated.
Chief executive Jason Windsor said: "In Q3 we have been firmly focused on delivering against our strategy, building on the progress already made.
"With positive momentum across the group, we remain confident in delivering our FY 2026 Group targets of adjusted operating profit of at least £300m and net capital generation of circa £300m."
At 1025 BST, the shares were down 3.6% at 226.60p.
