In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1., Vanquis Banking Group plc hereby gives notice that as of 31 March 2025, the company's issued share capital consists of 256,482,888 ordinary shares of 20 8/11p each, with voting rights. Vanquis Banking Group plc does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury.

The above figure 256,482,888 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Vanquis Banking Group plc under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
