Scottish Mortgage Investment Trust PLC's capital consists of 1,484,780,880 ordinary shares. Scottish Mortgage Investment Trust PLC holds 283,729,153 ordinary shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Scottish Mortgage Investment Trust PLC is 1,201,051,727.

 

The above figure (1,201,051,727) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Scottish Mortgage Investment Trust PLC under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
