RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES

 

CRH plc announces that today, 8th April 2025, it transferred to participants in its employee share schemes 8,234 Ordinary Shares at a price of €24.24 per Ordinary Share and at prices of £25.55 and £31.04 per Ordinary Share.

 

Following the above transaction, CRH plc holds 38,570,205 Ordinary Shares in Treasury. The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 676,533,165.
