Buy-back of own securities

 

The Company announces that on 25 April 2025, it bought back 250,000 Ordinary shares of 2p each in the capital of the Company (SEDOL: BLH3CY6 / ISIN: GB00BLH3CY60), representing approximately 0.056% of the issued Ordinary share capital, at a price of 223 pence per Ordinary share (lowest price per share 223 pence, highest price per share 223 pence). The Ordinary shares bought back will be cancelled.

 

Following cancellation the Ordinary shares in issue, shares held in treasury, and the Total Voting Rights of the Company will be as follows:
