Smithson Investment Trust plc announces that on 28 April 2025, it purchased for holding in treasury 133,901 ordinary shares of 1p each at a price of 1,419.8000 pence per share.

 

 

Following this transaction, the Company has 55,594,509 ordinary shares held in treasury and 121,513,449 ordinary shares in circulation. The total number of ordinary shares in issue is 177,107,958.
