MONY Group PLC ("MONY") announces today that it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 0.02 pence each on the London Stock Exchange and Multilateral Trading Facilities from Morgan Stanley & Co. International Plc ("Morgan Stanley"). Such purchase was effected pursuant to the instructions issued by MONY on 14 February 2025, as announced on 17 February 2025:
