Seeing Machines Limited (AIM: SEE, "Seeing Machines" or the "Company"), the advanced computer vision technology company that designs AI-powered operator monitoring systems to improve transport safety, announces that on 28 April 2025, the Company received a TR-1 form from Federated Investors, Inc. following a secondary placing carried out by Stifel to certain existing and new institutional shareholders.
