Annual Financial Report
Further to the TT Electronics plc final results statement released on 10 April 2025, a copy of the Annual Report and Accounts has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
The Company will notify the market, in due course, of the publication of the Notice of Annual General Meeting for the Company's 2025 Annual General Meeting scheduled for 30 June 2025.
A copy of the Annual Report and Accounts is also available from the investor relations section of the Company's website at www.ttelectronics.com.
