GLANBIA PLC ("THE COMPANY")

The Directors of Glanbia plc (the "Company") are pleased to announce that all the resolutions put to its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held earlier today, Wednesday 30 April 2025, were duly passed on a poll. 

The Poll results will be available shortly on the Company's website www.glanbia.com/agm

The full text of all resolutions considered at the AGM was included in the Notice of the AGM of the Company published on the Company's website www.glanbia.com/agm on 28 March 2025 and, where requested, were also posted to shareholders on 28 March 2025.

In accordance with the Listing Rules, copies of the resolutions passed at the AGM of the Company have been forwarded to both Euronext Dublin and the UK National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at the following locations:-
