Voting Rights and Capital

 

The Company announces the following information in accordance with Rule 5.6.1R of the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

 

As at 30 April 2025, the Company's capital consists of 204,404,960 ordinary shares with voting rights.  The Company holds 4,785,016 ordinary shares in Treasury.

 

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 199,619,944.

 

The above figure (199,619,944) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
