evoke plc (the "Company") notifies the following transaction by a person discharging managerial responsibilities (a PDMR) in ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

On 30 April 2025, the Company was notified that Sean Wilkins, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, purchased 101,652 Ordinary Shares, at an average price of 49p each (the "Transaction").
