Dividend Declaration

The Board of Directors of the Company has declared a first interim dividend of 7.08p per ordinary share for the financial year ending 31 December 2025, up 6.9% on the equivalent dividend of 6.62p paid in the same period in the last financial year.

The dividend will be paid on 30 June 2025 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 30 May 2025. The ex-dividend date is 29 May 2025.

It is the Board's intention, barring unforeseen circumstances, to at least maintain the quarterly dividend rate of 7.08p for the year to 31 December 2025, which would represent the 59th consecutive annual increase, one of the longest in the investment trust industry. It also fulfils the commitment made to ex-Witan shareholders to continue to see progression in their income from 2024.
