In accordance with DTR 5.6.1R of the FCA's Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules (DTRs), Aptitude Software Group plc announces that, as at 30 April 2025, its issued share capital comprises 57,344,318 Ordinary Shares of 7 1/3 pence each with voting rights ("Ordinary Shares"), of which 1,665,229 Ordinary Shares are held in treasury.

 

Therefore, the total number of exercisable voting rights in Aptitude as at 30 April 2025 was 55,679,089.

 

Shareholders may use the figure of 55,679,089 Ordinary Shares as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in Aptitude Software Group plc under the DTRs.
