In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6, CT Global Managed Portfolio Trust PLC ("the Company") advises that as at 30 April 2025 the Company's issued share capital consisted of 53,665,518 Income shares and 38,741,161 Growth shares, of which nil Income shares and 4,090,000 Growth shares are held in treasury.
Therefore the total number of shares with voting rights in CT Global Managed Portfolio Trust PLC was 53,665,518 Income shares and 34,651,161 Growth shares.
The above figures (53,665,518 Income shares and 34,651,161 Growth shares) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, CT Global Managed Portfolio Trust PLC under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
