Total Voting Rights and Issued Share Capital

For the purposes of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, M&G plc notifies the market that as at 30 April 2025:

1.    M&G plc's issued share capital comprised 2,408,021,702 ordinary shares of 5p each.

 

2.    M&G plc held 3,414,030 ordinary shares in Treasury. These shares are not taken into consideration in relation to the payment of dividends and voting at shareholder meetings.

Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in M&G plc is 2,404,607,672. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, M&G plc under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
