Rockwood Strategic Plc (the "Company"), announces that as at 30 April 2025 the unaudited net asset value (NAV) per ordinary share was 239.09 pence.
The above NAV calculation is based on 39,328,663.00 ordinary shares in issue with a nominal value of 5 pence each (the "Ordinary Shares").
