AGM Results
Plus500, a global multi‐asset fintech group operating proprietary technology‐based trading platforms, announces the results of resolutions proposed at today's Annual General Meeting ("AGM").
Each of the resolutions proposed were voted on by way of a poll. All but one of the resolutions (namely resolution 11, which was an advisory vote) were passed by the requisite majorities. For information, the full results of the poll are set out below:

To view the full wording of, and the votes required for, each of the resolutions, please refer to the Notice of 2025 Annual General Meeting which is available on the Company's website.
Votes withheld are not a vote in law and have not been counted in the calculation of the votes for and against the resolution, the total votes validly cast or the calculation of the proportion of issued share capital voted.
The Board of Plus500 notes that 20% or more of votes cast were cast against the Board's recommendation for resolutions 3 and 11, the latter of which is an advisory vote. The Board has noted the outcome of these votes, and it takes such matters seriously. The Board will continue to engage with shareholders and shareholder advisory bodies to ensure their feedback continues to inform the Company's approach to governance and remuneration, while taking into account the specific needs and profile of the Company.
In accordance with the UK Corporate Governance Code, Plus500 will publish the outcome of this engagement in the next six months.
UK Listing Rule 6.4.2R and total voting rights
In accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.2R, copies of the resolutions that were passed at the annual general meeting, which do not constitute ordinary business will shortly be available for inspection via the National Storage Mechanism: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism
*As at 31 March 2025, the day on which shareholders had to be on the register in order to be eligible to vote, the number of Ordinary Shares of NIS 0.01 in issue entitling the holders to vote on all the resolutions at the AGM, was 72,806,286 (excluding treasury shares), and the Company held 42,082,109 Ordinary Shares in treasury.
