Posting of Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of AGM

LifeSafe (AIM:LIFS), a fire safety technology business with innovative fire extinguishing and prevention fluids and fire safety products, announces that copies of its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2024, together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), will be available from the Company's website at www.lifesafeholdingsplc.com later today.  Hard copies will be posted today to shareholders who have opted to receive them.

The AGM will be held at 9.30am (BST) on Monday 23 June 2025 at the offices of Zeus Capital, 12^th floor, 125 Old Broad Street, London EC2N 1AR.  To facilitate the smooth operation of the AGM, and to ensure that visitor numbers are appropriately managed, the Company asks all shareholders that wish to attend to notify the Company in advance and by no later than 6.00pm (BST) on Thursday 19 June 2025 by email to info@lifesafetechnologies.com.

Shareholders are invited to submit questions to the Board on matters to be discussed at the AGM in advance.  Questions can be submitted by email to info@lifesafetechnologies.com by 6.00pm (BST) on Thursday 19 June 2025.  Please title your email 'LIFS - AGM Shareholder Questions' and include your full name.
