REPURCHASE OF SHARES INTO TREASURY

The Company announces that it has today purchased into Treasury 20,000 Ordinary shares at 376.6023 pence per share.
Following the transaction the Company holds 5,886,940 ordinary shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares 59,519,335. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
