Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Maintel Holdings Plc, a leading provider of cloud, network and security managed communications services, announces that it will hold its Annual General Meeting (" AGM ") at 10:30 a.m. on 3 June 2025 at 25 Charterhouse Square, London, EC1M 6AE.

 

The Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 31 December 2024 and Notice of AGM have been posted today, 8 May 2025, to those shareholders who have elected not to receive electronic communications.
