Notice of Annual General Meeting

 

The Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 11.00 a.m. on Tuesday, 3 June 2025 at The Shaftesbury Room, Soho Works, 72-74 Dean St, London W1D 3SG.

 

The voting results of all resolutions put before the AGM will be announced shortly afterwards and published on the Company's website.
