Director's leave of absence
Pod Point, one of the UK's market leading providers of Electric Vehicle ("EV") charging solutions in the UK, announces that Mike Killick, Interim Chief Financial Officer, is taking a leave of absence due to ill-health with immediate effect. Mike will step down from the board of directors of Pod Point during this period of absence.
The Group has put in place robust cover arrangements to ensure continuity. In Mike's absence, his duties will be covered by Michael Jay, Deputy Chief Financial Officer, who has worked at Pod Point for two years and held a number of senior finance roles in both public and private companies. Michael will be supported by other members of the Leadership Team along with Margaret Amos, Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee.
