Treasury shares issued

 

Science Group plc (AIM:SAG) announces that on 9 May 2025 the Company issued 10,000 treasury shares at an average price of 1 pence per share in settlement of the exercise of share options.

 

The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) following this announcement is 44,567,805.  Science Group holds 1,618,069 shares in treasury. 

 

The figure of 44,567,805 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
