Following the passing of the Resolutions, completion of the Farm-In Agreement with government-owned joint venture partner TIMOR GAP, details of which were announced by the Company on 24 April 2025, remain conditional on the following conditions precedent being: (i) signature of a contract for the use of a drilling rig for the drilling of the Chuditch-2 well; and (ii) approval of the Farm-In Agreement by upstream regulator ANP.
