Interim Capital Dividend on Ordinary Shares

The Directors of Seneca Growth Capital VCT Plc (the "Company") are pleased to declare an interim capital dividend of 3.0 pence per Ordinary Share for the year to 31 December 2025, to be paid on 6 June 2025.

The ex-dividend date is 22 May 2025.

The record date for the dividend is 23 May 2025.

The dividend payment date is 6 June 2025.
