Exercise of Share Options

 

Brickability Group plc (AIM: BRCK), a leading distributor and provider of specialist products and services to the UK construction industry, confirms that it has issued, conditional on admission, 217,955 new ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), following the exercise of share options under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan (the "LTIP").

 

The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares in issue and application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange ("Admission"). Admission is expected to occur, and dealings in the new Ordinary Shares commence, at 8:00 a.m. on 19 May 2025.

 

Following Admission, the Company will have 322,033,481 Ordinary Shares in issue. This figure of 322,033,481 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change of their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
