Results of Annual Meeting of Shareowners

On 12 May 2025, International Paper Company (NYSE: IP; LSE: IPC) held its Annual Meeting of Shareowners (the "Annual Meeting"). Item 1, Item 2 and Item 3 passed as ordinary resolutions, while Item 4 failed. The voting results are below.
