Results of Annual Meeting of Shareowners
On 12 May 2025, International Paper Company (NYSE: IP; LSE: IPC) held its Annual Meeting of Shareowners (the "Annual Meeting"). Item 1, Item 2 and Item 3 passed as ordinary resolutions, while Item 4 failed. The voting results are below.
Item 1: Election of 11 Directors
Shareowners approved the proposal to elect each of the following 11 nominees as directors, to serve a term of one year ending the earlier of (i) the Company's 2026 annual meeting of shareowners and the date a qualified successor has been elected or (ii) death, resignation or retirement.
