Director/PDMR Shareholding

 

The Company was notified that, on 14 May 2025, the following Director and Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ('PDMR') exercised Future Builder awards granted under the J Sainsbury plc Long Term Incentive Plan 2016 (the 'LTIP Plan'). The awards exercised were granted in May 2020 as nil-cost options over ordinary shares of 284/7 pence each in the Company ('Shares'). The Future Builder award vested in two tranches, 50% after three years and 50% after four years, in accordance with the achievement of the performance conditions and was subject to a two-year retention period following the end of the three-year performance period.
