Annual Report and Annual General Meeting

The Company announces that the 2024/25 Annual Report and Accounts, Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy, have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism

These documents can also be downloaded from the Company's website at www.whitbread.co.uk.

The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at Whitbread Court, Houghton Hall Business Park, Porz Avenue, Dunstable, LU5 5XE on Thursday 19 June 2025 at 2.30 pm and will also be available to listen to via audio webcast. Full details of how to join and participate in the meeting are contained in the Notice of Annual General Meeting and on the Company's website.
