ADMISSION OF SHARES

Further to the Company's announcement on 13 May 2025, 91,000,000 Ordinary Shares of no par value have been approved for admission to the Official List (standard listing segment) and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market with effect from 8am on 20 May 2025 rather than 21 May 2025 as announced 13 May 2025. 

Total voting rights

Following this issue of shares, the Company's total number of Ordinary Shares in issue will be 1,511,958,048. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation to determine if they are required to notify the Company of their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company's securities in accordance with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
