Retirement of Director
Following the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting held earlier today, the Company announces the retirement of Claire Whittet as Non-Executive director of the Company. The Board extends their warm thanks and appreciation to Ms. Whittet for her contribution to the Company, as a Director and Chair of the Management Engagement Committee, during her tenure.
The Company further announces that Karen McClellan will succeed Claire Whittet as Chair of the Management Engagement Committee with immediate effect.
