Purchase of Shares by the Property Adviser

As previously announced on 25 July 2024, under the terms of the Company's Property Advisory and Investor Relations Agreement ("PAIR") QSix Residential Limited ("QSix"), the Company's Property Advisor, has committed to reinvest the post-tax proceeds it earns from disposal fees into PSD shares. This includes proceeds generated from condominium sales.

The Company has been notified that, on 23 May 2025, QSix purchased a further 58,800 ordinary shares in PSD at an average price of 167.69 pence per share. This purchase increases QSix's cumulative purchases of PSD shares acquired since 25 July 2024 to 358,717 ordinary shares.
