RM Infrastructure Income plc (the "Company"), an investment trust specialising in secured debt investments is pleased to announce that all of the resolutions put forward at its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held earlier today were passed.

The full text of all the resolutions is contained in the Notice of AGM in the Company's Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2024.

NOTES:
1. All resolutions were passed.
2. Proxy appointments which gave discretion to the Chair of the AGM have been included in the "For" total for the appropriate resolution.
3. Votes "For" and "Against" any resolution are expressed as a percentage of votes validly cast for that resolution.
4. A "Vote withheld" is not a vote in law and is not counted in the calculation of the percentage of shares voted "For" or "Against" any resolution.
5. On the record date for voting at the meeting, the Company's total issued share capital was 97,848,021 ordinary shares, therefore, the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights in the Company was 97,489,382.
6. In accordance with UK listing rule 9.6.2R and LR 9.6.3, a copy of resolutions passed as special business will shortly be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
