The Company announces that it has today sent to shareholders notice of its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") which will be held at Boundary Hall, Cricket Square, PO Box 1093, Grand Cayman KY1-1102, Cayman Islands at 9.00 a.m. (Cayman Islands Time) / 3.00 p.m. (British Summer Time) on Thursday 26 June 2025.
