On 29 May 2025 the Company granted options to employees under the Close Brothers Group plc Sharesave Scheme 2025 (the Sharesave Scheme). This grant of options over shares under the Sharesave Scheme included nine Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility (PDMRs).
