Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the total number of ordinary shares of 25p of the Company in issue at 31 May 2025 is 128,495,629 with each share holding one voting right.

The Company also holds 25,182,306 shares in Treasury.

The above figure (128,495,629) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in voting rights, or a change to their interest, in the Company, under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
