Notice of 2025 Annual General Meeting

The Company is pleased to announce that its 2025 Annual General Meeting will be held on Friday 27 June 2025 at 11:00 UK time at the offices of Aztec Financial Services (Guernsey) Limited, East Wing, Trafalgar Court, Les Banques, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 3PP (the "AGM").

 

The Notice of the AGM has been posted to shareholders who have elected to receive a printed copy. A copy has also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.

 

Copies of the document can also be obtained from the Company Secretary or from the Investors' section of the Company's website at www.trig-ltd.com.
