The Board of The North American Income Trust plc announces:
Dividend on the Ordinary Shares
That the first interim dividend of 2.80p per Ordinary Share, in respect of the year ending 31 January 2026, is to be paid on 31 July 2025 to holders registered at the close of business on 27 June 2025. This dividend is to be paid from the Company's revenue account.
The Company's shares will trade ex-dividend on 26 June 2025.
