Withdrawal of AGM Resolution

 

 

Following Ignacio Garat stepping down from the Board on 30 April 2025 (as announced by the Company on 29 April 2025), Resolution 7 on the agenda of the 2025 Annual General Meeting, which is to be held at 2.30pm on Monday 9 June 2025 (the "AGM"), is being withdrawn. Resolution 7 proposed the re-election of Ignacio Garat as a director of the Company.

 

The withdrawal of Resolution 7 does not affect the validity of the Notice of AGM, the proxy form or any proxy votes already submitted in respect of the remaining resolutions to be proposed at the AGM. The numbering of all other proposed resolutions at the AGM remains unchanged.
