Dividend Declaration 

The Company announces that the Directors have declared a first interim dividend for the year ending 30 November 2025 in an amount of 1.00 pence per Ordinary share. 

The interim dividend will be payable on Friday, 27 June 2025 to holders of Ordinary shares on the register at the close of business on Friday, 13 June 2025 (ex-dividend Thursday, 12 June 2025).
