Intention to Change the Company Name to London BTC Company

 

London, New York, Vinanz Limited (BTC:L in London and VINZF:US on the US OTCQB); the London Stock Exchange Main Market-listed Bitcoin treasury company with active mining operations across the United States and Canada is pleased to announce its intention to change its name to the "London BTC Company Limited".

This new name signifies more than just a rebrand; it reflects the Company's evolving business focus and aligns with our strategic vision of becoming a leading force in the Bitcoin economy through sustained growth.

Importantly, the Company's ticker symbol on the London Stock Exchange will remain unchanged as "BTC", ensuring continuity for our shareholders and market partners.

The name change, which is subject to final legal confirmation, will come into effect in the coming weeks and the Company will advise of the effective date closer to the time of change becoming effective.

Shareholders do not need to take any action as a result of this change.
