Reckitt announces the appointment of

Patricia Verduin as Non-Executive Director

 

Reckitt Benckiser Group plc (the "Company" or "Reckitt") today announces the appointment of Patricia (Pat) Verduin PhD, former SVP Global Technology at Colgate Palmolive, to the Board as a Non-Executive Director, effective 9 June 2025.

 

Pat is the former Chief Technology Officer at Colgate Palmolive. She joined the company in 2007 as VP R&D and held a number of senior roles across R&D and technology until 2022.  Pat commenced her plural career in 2019 and is currently a Non-Executive at Ingredion, FMC and Avient.

 

Pat will join the Compliance Committee from July 2025.

 

Commenting on the appointment, Sir Jeremy Darroch, Chair of the Board said:

 

"I am delighted that Pat has agreed to join the Reckitt Board.  She is a highly experienced R&D leader, with very relevant experience in consumer goods organisations and technology. We welcome the value and expertise Pat will bring to the Board."

 

The Company confirms that there is no further information to be disclosed under the requirements of Listing Rule 9.6.13R in relation to the appointments.
