Publication of Notice of 2025 Annual General Meeting
In compliance with UKLR6.4.1R, the following documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism:
· Notice of Pod's 2025 Annual General Meeting to be held as a virtual meeting on Monday 30 June 2025 at 2.00pm (the AGM)
· Form of Proxy for the AGM
They are also available on the Copmany's investor website at http://investors.pod-point.com/
Details of the arrangements for shareholders to join the AGM are set out in the Notice of the AGM.
Hard copies of the these documents will be posted today to shareholders who have elected to receive them in paper form.
