2025 Annual Report and Notice of AGM.

1. Annual Report for the year ended 31 March 2025 (the '2025 Annual Report');

2. Annual Report for the year ended 31 March 2025 on Form 20-F (the '2025 Annual Report on Form 20-F'); and

The 2025 Annual Report on Form 20-F has been filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and is available on the SEC's website (www.sec.gov/edgar) and will shortly be available at vodafone.com/20F. In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule ('DTR') 6.3.5(1A) the regulated information required under DTR 6.3.5 is available in unedited full text within the 2025 Annual Report as uploaded and available on the National Storage Mechanism and on the Company's website as noted above.

The Company's AGM will be held on Tuesday, 29 July 2025 at 10.00 am at The Pavilion, Vodafone House, The Connection, Newbury, Berkshire, RG14 2FN and live webcast over the internet for Registered Shareholders.
