Correction of Total Voting Rights
In the RNS announcement issued by the Company at 07:00 UK time on 16 May 2025 entitled "Transaction In Own Shares" (AVS number 9113I) there was a typographical error; the figure in the "Number of Shares purchased" section should have read "210,519 Shares" as opposed to "210,510 Shares". This misstatement is taken into account and corrected in the below Total Voting Rights section of this announcement.
