REPURCHASE OF ORDINARY SHARES INTO TREASURY

The Company announces that it purchased 25,000 Ordinary Shares into Treasury at 1010.08 pence per share.

 

Following the transaction, the Company holds 103,830,706 shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 177,803,204 The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
