Confirmation of Dividend Details

 

This announcement provides an update to the RNS released on 5 June 2025.

 

The Company confirms that subject to shareholder approval at the 2025 Annual General Meeting, the final dividend of 8.3 pence per share for the year ending 31 March 2025 will be paid on 15 August 2025 to shareholders on the Register of Members at the close of business on the record date of 11 July 2025.

 

Shareholders may elect to reinvest their dividend in the Dividend Reinvestment Plan ("DRIP"). The last date for receipt of DRIP elections and revocations will be 25 July 2025.
