Notice of Full Year Results Date

ProCook Group plc ("ProCook" or "the Group"), the UK's leading direct-to-consumer specialist kitchenware brand, will issue its Annual Results for the 52 weeks ended 30 March 2025 on Wednesday, 25 June 2025 at 07:00 BST.

ProCook's management will host an in-person presentation for analysts and institutional investors at 09:00 BST at Peel Hunt's offices, 7^th Floor, 100 Liverpool Street, London, EC2M 2AT, on the day. For those who are unable to attend the presentation in person, a live webcast will also be available.

A recording of the Annual Results webcast will also be made available on the ProCook website.
