Notice of Annual General Meeting
Inspiration Healthcare Group plc (AIM: IHC), the global medical technology company pioneering specialist neonatal intensive care medical devices, announces that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 January 2025 and the notice of its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") have been published on the Company's website at www.inspirationhealthcaregroup.com and will be posted to shareholders later today.
AGM and voting
The AGM of Inspiration Healthcare will be held at 12:00 p.m. (UK time) on 24 July 2025 at the Company's registered office, Unit 7/8 Commerce Park, Commerce Way, Croydon, England, CR0 4YL.
Voting by proxy
Shareholders will not receive a hard copy form of proxy for the AGM in the post. Instead, shareholders will be able to appoint a proxy electronically via the Investor Centre app or web browser at https://uk.investorcentre.mpms.mufg.com/, shareholders will need to log into your Investor Centre account or register if that shareholder has not previously done so. To register, shareholders will need an Investor Code, this is detailed on your share certificate or available from our Registrars, MUFG Corporate Markets. Proxy votes must be received by no later than 12.00 pm on 22 July 2025. Alternatively, shareholders may submit a proxy vote via CREST where applicable. Shareholders who are an institutional investor may also be able to appoint a proxy electronically via the Proxymity platform (more information can be found in the notice of meeting).

You may request a hard copy form of proxy directly from the Registrars by emailing MUFG Corporate Markets at shareholderenquiries@cm.mpms.mufg.com. Alternatively, you can request a hard copy proxy card by calling MUFG Corporate Markets on 0371 664 0300. Calls are charged at the standard geographic rate and will vary by provider. Calls outside the United Kingdom will be charged at the applicable International rate. Lines are open between 09:00 - 17:30, Monday to Friday excluding public holidays in England and Wales.
